Dr. Raghavendra Rao joins the CSE Department. His expertise is in algebraic complexity theory and smooth analysis of algorithms. He holds a PhD degree from the Homi Bhabha National Institute (from IMSc Chennai) and has been a postdoctoral fellow at Saarland University Germany.
